In safeguarding, the Archdiocese of Brisbane (AOB) strives for safe:

Having `Safe People` means that Archdiocesan personnel are appropriately selected, recruited and trained in safeguarding.

Practices
Having `Safe Practices` means applying safeguards to all Archdiocesan activities, ministries and services.
Picture
Places
Having `Safe Places` involves applying safeguards to all properties and locations in which Archdiocesan activities, ministries and services are conducted.
Archdiocesan personnel includes all bishops, clergy, religious, employees, volunteers and students on placement who are engaging in ministries and services on behalf of the Archdiocese.

STOPline Service

STOPline is an external service that receives confidential information about `reportable conduct` under the Archdiocesan Whistleblower Policy.

Reportable conduct includes suspected abuse, misconduct and policy breaches within the Archdiocese of Brisbane, Brisbane Catholic Education and Centacare Brisbane.
