STOPline is a confidential external service provided by the Archdiocese to receive information about 'reportable conduct' including suspected abuse, misconduct and policy breaches. Information can be shared about the Archdiocese, Brisbane Catholic Education and Centacare Brisbane.
Information can be provided anonymously.

All incidents and concerns that may be criminal should be reported directly to the Queensland Police Service for investigation.
Office for Safeguarding Services
The Office for Safeguarding Services provides support to the Archdiocese of Brisbane to safeguard those who engage in Archdiocesan ministries and services. The functions of the office are to:
All Archdiocesan church workers are strongly encouraged to seek the advice and assistance of the Office for Safeguarding Services, particularly where safeguarding related disclosures, suspicions and allegations arise.
- develop and implement safeguarding standards, policies and procedures;
- enhance capacity to achieve compliance with safeguarding standards, policies and procedures; and
- support Archdiocesan church personnel in managing safeguarding disclosures, suspicions and allegations.

The Archdiocese encourages all Church personnel & community members to report any criminal behaviour directly to the police.
In an emergency or where a person is at immediate risk call 000 without delay.
Child protection concerns can be reported to the local Child Protection & Investigation Unit (CPIU).
The Queensland Police Service also offers an alternative reporting option for those who have been sexually assaulted. The alternative option allows information about the assault to be provided to the police without a formal criminal complaint being instigated. The information can be provided anonymously.

The Queensland Professional Standards Office is an independent service funded by the Catholic Church to manage allegations of abuse made against Church personnel.

Crime Stoppers is a community crime solving and prevention service that involves a partnership between the registered charity Crime Stoppers Queensland Limited (Crime Stoppers), the Queensland Police Service, the media and the public.

The Office of the Public Guardian is a Government Office established to protect the rights, interests and wellbeing of adults with impaired decision-making capacity, and children and young people in the child protection system.

Australian Cybercrime Online Reporting Network (ACORN)
The Australian Cybercrime Online Reporting Network (ACORN) is a national policing initiative of the Commonwealth, State and Territory governments. It is a national online system that allows the public to securely report instances of cybercrime, whilst also providing advice to help people recognise and avoid common types of cybercrime.
